Describe the issue: I tried to spawn custom image jupyter/scipy-notebook, but it faild.
After clicking spawn in the above page, a new server is starting up. However, it failed with a message "Spawn failed: Server at http://192.168.47.61:8080/mlhub/user/admin/customserver/ didn't respond in 120 seconds".
