Some Greek letters and equal signs not recognized by science-parse #15

@BeckySharp, it's somewhat inconsistent in how well it handles greek letters. I just reran the original paper from this issue and it's still not reading it well:

But it handled our new SIR docs just fine. I am not sure what it is; my thoughts are that it could be either that our SIR documents were produced in a way different from how this crop paper was OR maybe science parse is just better at handling more common letters like beta and gamma (in the SIR doc) as opposed to less common psi in the crop paper. Just speculations, though.
