CHIME Gromet Wiring Fix PR

This PR addresses a discrepancy brought on by adding support for Bucky Model generation. The issue is as follows

• Missing wiring related to loops in CHIME_SIR and CHIME_SVIIvR models.

The issue has been addressed in addition to the following issues:

• Incorrect metadata generation for some ports
• Incorrect GroMEt FNs for "get" and "set" primitives.
