Sorry for adding 2 features into the same pull request. The EEG things are the changes probably by @CalebUAz or @rchamplin. I am unable to figure out who wrote them, and I did not want to discard these changes, so I include them anyway.
The timestamp program is supposed to:
Launch the timestamp monitor program in the background with tmux.
Once the image streaming processes end, also close timestamp monitor program.
