Fix audio file headers and generate summary

This PR:

• Contains a script to pre-process audio files in experiments folders, fix their headers by filling in missing bytes, and save the fixed audio files to a new directory, preserving the experiment directory structure.
• Contains a script to generate a summary with info like file size, audio duration, and signal-to-noise ratio of audio files in experiments folders (in practice, pre-processed experiment folders with corrected audio headers).
