[docs] Update p5 web editor URLs to persistent URL vs. short-id

Right now when running a batch update/rewrite of the ml5 examples in the p5 web editor, our linked examples in our docs will break since the short-id that is linked in the p5 web editor is replaced.

We should therefore update all of our p5 web editor example references to use for example:

• current links in docs: https://editor.p5js.org/ml5/sketches/-HzLFQ0KVj2
• better for us to us: https://editor.p5js.org/ml5/sketches/ImageClassification

Yes! I was just about the file this as I noticed the template on the getting started page now returns 404.
