Updated the RSVP section by removing the form and adding a button that will redirect to an new, external form, that will allow guests to RSVP for the wedding.
This has come about due to the ongoing issues invitees have been experience whilst trying to RSVP for the wedding. This has been further exacerbated by the erratic behaviour and subsequent loss of functionality in the admin section.
This will be pushed to master only when Julia has finished reviewing the new external form.
