[Invite Anyone] add a message to "Invites" group creation tab explaining that user will be able to invite others in following step #259

This was fixed when Invite Anyone worked the way it was supposed to, by overriding the "Invites" group creation step. Now, with one group creation step, "Send Invites," this is no longer necessary.
