I can deploy twice very easily in the UI by clicking the Deploy button twice. The second will fail if you look on the Deploys tab. Is this just a UI thing or do we need to address at the API level differently?
Even when the second deploy fails it still kicks off a build. Feels odd to the user.
Seems like we can hit the "Deploy" button even when the System is not done being created.
