It seems that similarly to https://github.com/mlab-modules/MPPB01/issues/3 there is a problem with pads alignment of the mini-SAS connector.

The issue is better visible in the KiCAD 3D model view.

It has been fixed by updating the footprint to KiCAD upstream library and fixing the issue in that library.
