Updated examples to better motivate `apropos` #60

Might help toward #29? 😉

Some of these tests fail, for demonstration purposes. This might be a headache if and when we get CI on apropos-lite.

It isn't Text, it's PropertyName which is a newtype, fromString is the only way of creating one.
