Research: working with USB and interacting with cardano-hw-cli

As I can see cardano-hw-cli uses trezor lib to interact with hw, that uses http/webusb protocols.

• I've not figured out how they work by http with usb device yet.
• Webusb has very low support and there is no useful libs in rust right now.
