Make CLI-application that can be used from host to sign transactions with device.

Functional requirements:

[x] able build balanced transactions from some known wallet to some known script
[x] able to sign transaction id's using device with Embedano SDK (related: #42 )
[x] able to request data of some sensor from embedded device
[x] able to submit signed transactions to blockchain
