nix build .#csl_demo-win

add a package for the official binary release of the godot export templates godot-export-templates-bin
build windows demo app in nix on linux
add cachix (read-only) secret to github workflow secrets
add github workflow that builds (or fetches) the gdextension and the demo app (for linux and windows), tags and creates a release on each push to main
