TODO

[x] Prelude types should have PlutusData instances, which some of them do, but for the ones missing implement it and update the tests.
[x] V1.TxOut type in not in the goldens for some reason, fix it.
[x] Open an issue in Plutarch about the stuff we needed to implement (ptryfrom, maybe and either etc)
[x] Plutarch has issues with recursive types, figure it out
