This branch isn't running CI as the target branch - t4/testnet-script isn't in the workflows file. I say we just push a quick commit to t4/testnet-script removing the explicit branch list on pull requests - every PR should run CI regardless of target. After this, the merge back to this branch should trigger CI (Do be sure to run make format and make lint btw)
