Gaussian without log in Exp x Control is not working when trying to subtract zero from zero or zero from null #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Cytoscape 2.8.3
2. Open test_issue_6.cys
3. Open Exp x Control in GALANT
4. Keep log unchecked
4. Compare ClusteringCoefficient and SelfLoops

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Generation of landscape; I see nothing!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GALANT for Mac OS 10.6.8

Please provide any additional information below.
The following attributes contain zeros or nulls: glicose, alanina, prolina, 
acetato, glicerol, ClusteringCoefficient, NumberofUndirectedEdges, 
PartnerofMultiedgedNodePairs and SelfLoops. 

If you compare any of these attributes with those that do not contain zeros or 
nulls, the landscapes are generated in Exp versus Control using Gaussian 
without log. But when these attributes are compared with each other under the 
Exp versus Control using Gaussian without log, nothing is generated!
