Dancing menus #135

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Aurora
2. Open new tab
3. Watch the menus "Recently closed" & "Recent Bookmarks" jump up and down.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The menu not to move constantly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5a5.4.3. Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.
Starting happening since last Aurora update.

I think this was Firefox issue and it has been resolved since
