Can't drag and drop to rearrange, saved pins no longer showing up #140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempting to drag and drop to rearrange thumbnails used to work for 
sorting, now it just takes me to the page I'm trying to move
2. I have pinned a page to keep it as a thumbnail but it disappears and other 
ones keep showing up in its place upon restart

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest 05a543 on windows
