Stopped working with upgrade to FF 13.0 #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I upgraded to Firefox 13.0
2. New tabs do not show new tab jumpstart page, it shows the new blank page 
from the browser.
3. I click on the new tab jumpstart next to the address bar, and I get the new 
tab jumpstart page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see the new tab jumpstart page, but instead I see the firefox new 
tab page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

new tab jumpstart 0.5a5.4.3.  OSX Lion.  Firefox 13.0

Please provide any additional information below.

Thanks for an awesome plugin.  It was the best one I could find to show my most 
recent pages.
