Jumpstart URL Showing. Did not show in previous version.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking the new tab button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected output is to show the JumpStart Tab with the focus in an empty FireFox 
address bar as Focus on Search Box is turned off. (No Check Box in setting).

Instead the JumpStart url is showing. chrome://jumpstart/content/tabView.xul
... and anything typed into the address bar ends up at the end of the url.  Not 
great for quick web site entry or searching.  

Previous version did not show the JumpStart url.  Installed previous version to 
test on FireFox 15 and the URL is not shown as expected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.5a5.5 on Firefox 15.0 on Mac 10.8.1 

Please provide any additional information below.
Same problem on Win 7 with Firefox 15.
