Toolbars disappear again #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update to ffox15 keeping New Tab Jumpstart 0.5a5.5.1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected toolbars over and below my thumbnails. Instead, I got just a thin 
blue line (like the toolbar section, but completely empty and collapsed).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.5a5.5.1, Windows XP, FFox15

Try first selecting new toolbar to be shown. Go to the vertical slide menu on 
the New Tab page and choose the last button (Configure Toolbars). That will 
show on the screen options to add and remove toolbars. Yours will probably be 
empty so you can click on X to remove it and click on + to add a new one. 
Choose the one you would want to appear and click on confirm (green button). 
See if that works. 

If it doesn't work then can you please go to about:config (type that in the 
address bar) and in Search text box enter: mlalevic.jumpstart.top_toolbars
That's configuration for the top toolbars. On my computer it goes something 
like: place:folder=TOOLBAR
That's showing Toolbar bookmarks for example. You can manually enter that as 
the value and Toolbar should appear. See if that helps.

I am sorry, it did not work. Not even changing the configuration option as you 
mentioned. I have tried not only with "folder=TOOLBAR", but also with some 
folder's names of my own. None of them worked anyway.

Find attached two screenshots: one of the error console and other with my 
config, filtering by "jumpstart". 
My list of addons:
Delicious 2.3.1
AdblockPlus 2.1.2
Firebug 1.10.3
Firegestures 1.6.16
Jumpstart 5.5a5.5.1
Selenium IDE 1.9.0
Tamper Data 11.0.1

Anyway, I want to remark it worked for me just a week ago and the only thing 
that has changed (I think) is ffox itself.

I know what it is. It's localization problem - I don't understand why this got 
removed, basically there's one value missing on the page. I'll have a look 
tonight to fix this.
