Jumpstart not showing on new tab

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. opening a new tab
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to see jumpstart tab, see usual firefox one instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version, on mac lion osx

Please provide any additional information below.
this just started happening a few days ago. Now any time I open a new tab it's 
the default firefox one. Have uninstalled and reinstalled jumpstart, have 
cleared cache, history, etc. Nothing works expect actually clicking the 
jumpstart icon in my status bar.

It's being reviewed at the moment. The only change is the fix for a breaking 
change that occurred between FF versions 21 and 22.
