Firefox 22 will not let new-tab-jumpstart get focus #158

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Firefox and having Show on startup set or open a new tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A new tab is displayed but doesn't receive focus. No thumbs are shown but one 
empty one. No Recent bookmarks are shown however closed tabs are shown.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 22 on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
It seems that not only new-tab-jumpstart has problems so it might be some 
changes in API

There was a fix for another issue, please see if it works now:

It's being reviewed at the moment. The only change is the fix for a breaking 
change that occurred between FF versions 21 and 22.

Yes that seems to fix the problem. Thanks for a great plugin and keep up the
