Toolbars do not show on FF4

Toolbars do not show on FF4.0 – seems to be an issue with Firefox, I’ll 
check if FF 4.0b5 improves things a bit

Track it here for now

Showing toolbars changed in FF4, no binding anymore, however there is 
PlacesToolbar class that can be used, looks promising.
