Net Video Hunter Conflict #93

If Net Video Hunter is installed before New Tab JumpStart - JumpStart does not 
work.

I still don't have a fix, but there is a workaround:
Uninstall Net Video Hunter addon, restart Firefox, install Net Video Hunter 
addon, restart Firefox
After that it should work fine.
It seems that if Net Video Hunter is loaded before New Tab JumpStart it causes 
it to malfunction - and since addons are loaded in the order they were 
installed (or at least it seems so) if it is installed after New Tab JumpStart 
it doesn't interfere with it. (I don't know though if Net Video Hunter will 
stop working though, but it looks it's unaffected)

Found what it is - modules were registered under same name in both extensions 
so whichever was the first to register them had precedence - this means the 
workaround might not work correctly. Will fix this ASAP since the alias name 
could clash with other extensions.
