Editing a wiki page shows duplicate data #96

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Wiki is my internal site and so I started my wiki page
2. clicked on Edit
3. Duplicate data is shown

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If I click on Edit, nothing should be automatically added. Duplicate data is
getting added automatically. Attached the screen shot

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Powered by Atlassian Confluence 3.3.1, the Enterprise Wiki. OS: Windows XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

This is with that latest release Firefox 4.0.x releases. This used to work fine
in previous releases. This is a regression.

Can you please doublecheck those two jpg files you've attached and possibly
delete them if they are wrong? They look wrong to me.

I think this is long standing bug, it is probably the case that you have new
profile. I'll look into it as soon as possible and will treat it as high since
I know what should be the issue.

1. ActualSite.jpg resembles the actual wiki page that shows before editing
2. clickingON_EDIT.jpg is an image that shows once I clicked on Edit in the
wiki page.
Since as per your notes that this is a known issue, it would be good to fix ASAP. since we use mostly wiki pages.
