Update to Asterisk version 20 codec binaries #15

Alpine 3.19 (https://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/v3.19/main/x86_64/) uses Asterisk v20.x branch, this change updates the non-free codec binaries to use the matching version.

Many thanks for this suggestion. Have you run any tests on the Asterisk 20 codecs?

I'm afraid I wasn't able to run tests against it, I'm fairly new to the asterisk ecosystem and whilst investigating the build issues I noticed these codecs didn't match the Asterisk version from Alpine. I will attempt to figure out how to force these codecs to be used tomorrow in order to test it
