DNSBL checker should also check our IPv6 address #384

Just noticed a situation where we were on a blacklist for our IPV6 address whereas the reputation checker said there was no problem.

This is now much less important because we're disabling the use of IPv6 for sending email - 95bcf1bb97ad7f9cfc072808a21f457f377ed439
