It's possible to end up with things on the deny list that are older than one week #385

I think this might be happening when we reparse an old log file when we do a deploy?

It looked like we were using the default log rotation setup for the mail logs which was causing two problems. One problem was this one. The other is that the logs would take a long time to reparse on each deploy which isn't great. So now, instead with the changes made in 046b04b6eef94fc621d8f738fad12ee2a392ecf4 and 42eed0c343e04f53491f31139557f91bdc199093 we're using a setup similar to that used by Alavetelli where the logs are rotated once per day and when they're rotated they're annotated with the last data which is helpful.
