Auto reload when new version of app becomes available #14

This is important for when the app is saved to the home screen because there's no way for the user to do this other than to delete the app and add it back which is obviously very boring and real people don't do stupid things like that

I don't think this is really necessary because we can just close and reopen the app a few times and it will reload. So, won't fix.
