I've gone through and cleaned up the repo a bit. Got rid of old testing files (can still be easily looked at with git checkout #commit_hash). Running min JS files only. All JS moved to js/ directory. All CSS moved to css/ directory. Moving CSS in phylowood.html to phylowood.css.
