Included a script (beast-to-phylowood.rb) to convert a MCC tree from BEAST to Phylowood format. I've run this script on the flu phylogeographic data to produce flu.phw. This has a big tree with 819 tips, but only 14 locations. Pretty much the opposite of bayarea.eg.out.
I've also modified the Polymaps initialization to take map bounds from geoCoords. I set the map center as the mean of geoCoords and zoom out until all the geoCoords are in view.
