Improved look and feel, movable slider, streamlined file loading #9

A few small things:

  1. Tweaked look and feel. I like the new dark tile set and thought a darker background would work better with it. I also centered the 1200px container div in the browser window and uncommented the Phylowood logo.
  2. Use d3.behavior.drag to drag the bar in the phylogeny to update time.
  3. Use onChange to load the selected demo immediately without clicking "Load".
