Revise the help system [sf#4] #16

Reported by hoehna on 2013-11-11 09:37 UTC The xml reader for the help information needs to be restructured. It should be possible to create paragraphs in longer pieces of text. It should be possible to create url links and links to other help topics. The references should be better structured. There should be a section with executable code. The output should be more beautiful.
