Benchmark RevBayes to MrBayes and BEAST [sf#19] #31

Reported by hoehna on 2013-11-11 10:03 UTC Create a benchmark analysis (e.g., GTR+G with relaxed clock (rooted tree) and GTR+G on unrooted tree). Compare BEAST <-> MrBayes <-> RevBayes.

Improve RevBayes if necessary.

Computational efficiency with MCMCMC and parallel code so that users can actually complete analyses in reasonable amounts of time. I cannot say much about current performance, I just expect there will be additional work required here from the speed I see in the debug version.
