General help [sf#43] #55

Reported by ronquist on 2013-11-23 08:34 UTC We need a function that outputs some general help for RevBayes. I suggest we do that through using the default call to the "help()" function, as in R. I would like the call to result in some general info and a list of available functions presented in logical groups.
