Blending/ensembling #8

Right now the submission takes ~45 minutes to score on 31 days of data, so we have ~4.5 hours to spare which means we have time to do some blending/ensembling. I think it’d be good if we had one or more of XGB/Catboost/NN models.

Same features. Not trained on Apr21.

LGB -> 1.2992 XGB -> 1.3073 80/20 LGB/XGB blend -> 1.2844
