Make Markdown the only parser (removed TeX and HTML parsers)
Removed old code block name style, now the first comment line of a block is used
Simplified Cargo.toml
Adapted README and features documentation
Replaced old examples
Bugfix for transclusions without link (@{{File.ext}} did not work)
