[Feature] Project-relative ("absolute") paths in code block names #91

It should be possible to to specify paths in code block names relative to the code oputur folder rather than the document.

Would allow for multiple document alternative "root" documents (e.g. model versions, scenarios, ...), arranged in sub-folders.
