Implement the QID-score to the Score-class.
The IWD is a proper distance metric to compare distributions. In scope of downsclaing, it is used to quantify the goodness of the downscaling to recover the marginal distribution of the high-resolved target data, i.e. the the IQD between the downscaled and target data will be computed.
