FME Broadcaster is buggy #2

Help is needed to fix the issues with the FME Broadcaster.  Source code is 
based on the Flazr project which can stream files without problem but cannot 
support live stream.

I made modification and it works for a few seconds, but eventually fails.

I removed the FME Broadcaster from the menu entries as the library is too buggy 
and not really usable.  Source code will remain if someone wants to work on it.
