Incorrect timing on GIF images #43

In the file VideoSourceImage.java between revisions 159 and 160, the line:

    PreciseTimer.sleep(timestamp, delays.get(animatedIndex));

Has been changed to:

    Thread.sleep(1000);

This makes GIF animations run at an incorrect timing.

Tested changing that line to this and it works-for-me©:

    Thread.sleep(delays.get(animatedIndex));
