Blinking output, ah! #55

When i'm on a videochat with another, my output image is constantly blinking. 
Ive tried messing with around with controls, framerate, RBG/UYVY, output size, 
however none of it seems to make a diffrence. I'd like this to use this program 
and it seems to be a recurring issue, cant find any info on it though.  Please 
help.

Also its only on the output not the programs preview ^^

Blinking issue often are related to a slow cpu.  But that's just a guess...

Anyway, new 0.60 won't have this problem.
