Allow changing audio sample rate? #94

I'm using the latest daily PPA builds of Webcamstudio to stream to twitch.tv, 
and for the moment it tolerates the stream as is, but according to the site, 
very soon they're going to start disallowing videos with an audio sample rate 
that's not 44100-- but currently Webcamstudio seems hardcoded to output at 
22050.

Hi, The audio output of WS is at 22050. Before it was at 44100 but i lower it 
for performance. I will try to make the next release with a switch for the 
overall audio sample rate between 22050 and 44100 output ...
Maybe take some time ... but i will start working on it :)

Hi, from build r505 it is possible to switch between 22050 and 44100 sample 
rate output.
