Cannot add QNote to Usenet News #7

Today I realized that I'm not able to add a QNote to a Usenet message. Seemingly QNote does not work on NNTP (news server). I press the [Qnote] button but nothing happens. I checked the message-ID of Usenet 'emails' and found no obvious differences to normal emails. I'm using solani.org to access the Usenet.

It does work with TB91 but does not work with TB68 for example. This is TB API issue - it does not parse Message-ID: header it seems.
