Add tests

This PR introduces the following changes:

• Isort and black formatting + Travis tests
• More unit tests for dashboard functionality + use of KIND to test deployment locally.
• Better CI using travis
• Coverage indication for tests
• Updates some libraries and separate dev requirements from app requirements.
• Updates all templates for Future kubernetes versions (currently works for up to 1.19)
