Everything needs renamed apparently.

I forked to rework the endpoints, but then it occurred to me that you may prefer to rename the repo as well. @mlbright, would you rather I wait until you've done that before I submit a PR?

@mlbright Thanks! Question, though: It looks like you already have a module in CPAN named DarkSky::API, based on an even earlier version of their API. I'm happy to work on renaming files, updating endpoints and documentation. Would this new DarkSky::API replace that one altogether, or would you prefer to leave that one and call this something different?

Let's replace it. Out with the old, in with the new.
