"We have created a dummy record for templates, but format (physical/digital) under Instantiation Information is not exported. Duration need not be exported under essenceTracks."

c1c58f320973abc188f7310a39c32dcd1a7dfe10 takes care of the essence track duration issue.

I'm unable to replicate the format problem — it works for me. Let me know what template you are using and I can look into the problem further if you're still seeing it.
