1st pass: rewrite some endpoint from ex: /run/ to /runs/

Next steps:

merge with teams removal (https://github.com/mlco2/codecarbon/pull/573)
rework endpoints organization to obtain: Orga Project Experiment Run Measure User

Note: the DI containers test is failing. Didn't look into it (not sure today's coffee is strong enough to look into that).

DI container never worked, you can remove it. If needed just ping me I could setup a much more simple one
